Young Adulthood – Post Majority

• Partner with youth/young adults to plan and support their transition to adulthood.
• Deliver Post Majority services to young adults (18-26) who are or have been in care.​
• Offer needs-based preventive services to all youth/young adults, including financial assistance, direct support, and connection to age-appropriate resources.
• Ensure safe and secure emergency or temporary housing.
