Lunch and Learn at CCEC

Please join us for lunch and learn at CCEC focusing on building essential life skills for Grades 9 – 12. Incorporating hands-on activities with verbal teachings on topics navigated from our youth.

October focuses on learning hands on sewing ribbon shirts & skirts & protocols. Snacks will be provided. 

Topics we will be learning about awareness and insights:

• Building healthy boundaries 
• Building/enhancing healthy relationships
• Building communication skills 
• Promoting healthy lifestyles 

Incentive of gift card per youth for attending more than 4 sessions. An incentive will be given after completion of attending four sessions. Come on in & pop in at CCEC cultural room during lunch.
